We categorize them as per their size and quality as follows

A] Hot Rolled / 92 Grade

These are the laminations arising out of transformers manufactured before 1965.

B] Lacquered and Painted Materials

These are laminations arising out of power transformers manufactured between 1965 and 1980 

C] Core from Distribution Transformers

Laminations arising out of transformers up to  3MVA and mainly manufactured in 1970's and 80's.

D] Core from Power Transformers

These are laminations arising out of transformers up to  5MVA to 50MVA and mainly manufactured in 1970's and 80's.

E] Cores and Windings

These are cores of distribution transformers along with their copper windings. Specially for Far East Asian Market.
